Who is responsible
This website is operated by the publisher of the Screen Power Index YouTube channel, based in Poland. You can reach us through the contact options on our YouTube channel.
Visiting the site
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc.), which delivers pages from servers close to you and protects the site against attacks. To do this, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, the date and time, the page requested and your browser type. Cloudflare may process data outside the EU, including in the United States, and participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. We use this data only to deliver the site securely. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a fast and secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
The site does not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies or social media tracking. Your BASE/PEAK and filter choices are kept only in the open page and are not stored.
YouTube videos
Character profiles can include our videos from YouTube. Until you click “Load video”, nothing is loaded from YouTube or Google. After you click, the player loads from youtube-nocookie.com, a service of Google Ireland Limited. Google receives your IP address and technical data and YouTube may store cookies or similar data on your device, including for playing ads and counting views. Google may transfer data to the United States. Legal basis: your consent, given by clicking (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can avoid this by watching on youtube.com directly. See Google's privacy policy.
Fonts
All fonts are stored on our own server. Your browser does not contact Google Fonts or any other font service.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to processing, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; in Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, uodo.gov.pl), or the authority in your own EU country.
Changes
If we add new services to this site, such as privacy-friendly visitor statistics, we will update this notice first.
